Career Development Part 1

This blog is designed to document the improvement of my skills which I laid out in my Career Development Plan (CDP). A CDP’s primary use is to provide a path for career advancement by identifying what your strengths and weaknesses are. You can find my CDP here

The first thing I did for my upcoming project was write the project rationale, this aimed to cover the aims, scope and feasibility of the project. 

As this was my first time writing a document of this type since college (probably) it did help improve my documentation skills whilst helping provide the project with a more sturdy foundation. Documentation skills is required in a UX role according to my industry research
